Our Macaroni Kid editions continue to grow - and we need some help to keep it going, growing and getting even better! We are seeking a part-time employee to support us with administrative and marketing tasks. This position may grow into a larger role for the right person.
What does the job look like?
- Sales & Marketing assistance with seasonal projects
- Researching and inputting local events into the calendar system
- Event assistance (on call, but planned in advance)
- Approximately 15-20 hours per month; some months will have more hours than others
What am I looking for?
- Someone who LOVES Macaroni Kid
- Team Player
- Local parent who knows the Richland and Lexington County areas and actively enjoys our area's community events, activities and businesses
- A highly-motivated, self-starter who can work independently from home
- Has preschool or school aged kids
- Are highly computer literate with access to a computer (a must)
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, sales and advertising preferred
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation
- Bachelor's Degree and/or commensurate successful work experience
