The Midlands Moms ROCK! Expo is a unique one of a kind experience that provides women of the Midlands with the tools to be empowered and educated about their health and well-being covering health, medical, fitness, finance, beauty, fashion, holistic and natural alternatives. The Expo is an opportunity for women to talk with key industry professionals.
With over 50 exhibitors, a jam packed speaker and presentation schedule, live cooking, fitness and fashion demonstrations, free pamper zone, yoga and zumba sessions, as well as "The Great Debate" feature, it is anticipated to be talked about for months.
