Calling  all ghosts, ghouls and goblins! Trick or treat with the City of  Columbia at the Drive-Thru “Spooktacular Halloween Party”at Dutch Square Mall.

This  year’s event is a contact-less party featuring interactive experiences,  music, trunk-or-treating, food trucks and more! All while staying inside  the safety of your vehicle. NOTE: Must stay in cars while in drive-thru and children must have their own bags.
